We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Zipsleep product. Is your purchase not what you expected? No problem. You can easily return or exchange it within 60 days, hassle-free.

Thanks to our dedicated returns portal, you can easily register your return online. Here, you'll handle everything: from selecting the product to printing your return label. This way, we keep the process clear and fast.

Once we've received and processed your return, we'll refund the purchase price as soon as possible. Would you prefer to exchange it for a different product or sleeve? You can also indicate that directly in the portal.

Our advice: give your body some time to adjust. On average, it takes about two weeks before you really feel the difference in a new pillow. Sleep through the night for a few nights and discover what Zipsleep can do for you.
